Laggy Wireless Mouse

is there a fix by putting an entry in the recalbox.conf for a laggy wireless mouse?

In Retropies cmdline.txt, you just added the following;- usbhid.mousepoll=0

and it sorted the problem, is there a similar type of fix in Recalbox?
