playstation roms don't open
-
Thanks @OyyoDams, I have the bios.
It appears that it only works if I upload the roms directly from the osx finder (and not from the web interface. -
When I try to upload PSX ROMs, it says that the file is "too large".
-
@userreddit don't use web manager for huge roms, transfert them via winscp or network share directly.
-
@oyyodams D**n, it's sure going slow. Like, it says it's going to take 48 minutes to transfer a file that's 600MB.
-
@userreddit how do you transfert it ? how is your network ?
-
@oyyodams I'm using WinSCP over my WIFI network.
-
@oyyodams Currently, my speed is 10mbps.
-
@oyyodams So, now my Playstation game is uploaded. However, it won't play.
-
@oyyodams Nevermind, I'm dumb. I forgot about the BIOS.
-
@oyyodams Sorry about posting so many times. It won't let me edit my posts. So, I installed the BIOS and it's still not working. I used SCPH1001.

@userreddit assuming your bios file is correct, be sure the format of your cds is also correct and you have the cue files to launch the games (if applicable) and that your games aren’t protected (mostly for EU games), in which case you should find the .sbi files and place them nect to the roms.

@paradadf It ended up that I had uploaded the .rar of my rom instead of the .bin. Once I extracted the .bin, it worked.
