3.5" Screen Issue

I've got Recalbox running on my Pi3 and have bought this screen from Amazon. I'm a complete noob, but usually pretty good at working things out using guides...but this has me stumped! Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I can set this up? I got a disk with the screen including drivers etc. The instructions cover setting it up with Raspbian, but I can't figure out how to do it in Recalbox.

So in that guide it recommends not using the 3.5" screen. Is that all screens of that size or just that brand? I'll happily get a different one if mine's not going to work.

no, at first sight, there is this problem only with the screen in SPI. it works well with 3.5 "screens in DPI and hdmi

@username I've got a Geekworm 3.5" on GPIO DPI that does run at 800x480, 60fps. Pretty nice thing for 33€ see https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/TFT-Screen-DPI-Bus-(EN)#geekwrom-hd-35-inch-tft-display-shield-800x480-for-raspberry-pi-3b-2b
