PC Specs

Congratulation for this new version.
The fact that it can be installed on a PC is a great improvement.
Do you have the minimum PC specs that can run smooth on all emulators (N64 and PSP dreamcast)

@didifart We can only say "CPU and GPU must be supported by the kernel" + "GPU must be abloe of OpenGL 3.1 at least". There is a newborn wiki at https://github.com/recalbox/recalbox-os/wiki/PC-compatibility-(EN) that is open ofr contributions
