Moonlight won't let me stream desktop or non-Steam games
-
I finally got Moonlight working again, but for some reason if I open anything else on my computer (File Explorer, Firefox, non-Steam games, etc.) other than Steam, Moonlight immediately stops working and kicks me back to the main menu. Is there a workaround for this? I really want to stream games that I've purchased on GOG and my Gamecube/PS2 emulators.

@DJAndrom3da does it work with moonlight on your phone ?
-
@Substring Nope, the connection terminates when I minimize Steam
-
@DJAndrom3da because you're not supposed to touch anything on your PC while it's streaming
-
@Substring But I was able to minimize Steam and GFE and stream the rest of my PC before. Could it be an issue with my version of GFE (3.0.5.22)
-
@DJAndrom3da I have no idea. I'm just saying that it streams a software that has to be displayed in order to be streamed. No idea if it's linked to GFE, but that's how i guess it's meant to be used
-
@Substring I also get kicked back to the menu when I select "Steam" and wait for Big Picture mode to start

Also, I updated GFE to 3.5.0.76 and it no longer quits when I exit Steam, but now there's no video

@DJAndrom3da Recalbox 4.1 works with this GFE version. I think recalbox 4.0 works ok until GFE 3.2 or 3.3, can't remember

@Substring Updating to 4.1 fixed it
