Solved scraper.exe obtains images but not gamelist

I ran scraper.exe last night using the Wiki guide. I woke up this morning to a folder full of game images but the gamelist.xml file is incomplete. It stops at the first game not found and doesn't keep going after that. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, that wiki and on Windows 7.

I missed that I'm excited and working too fast. Does scraper.exe work correctly when used with your batch script?
