Bluetooth paired controlers cant connect after restart or shut down

Hi mates¡¡¡ i received yesterday 4 units 8bitdo Zero, i pair all them and works nice.
the problem arrive when i restart the system or turn off the controller, they dont connect again and have to pair them again.

ive checked in recalbox/share/bluetooth and they are registered...
hope somebody can help me¡ thanks

the trick so far is to turn them on BEFORE the pi. 8bitdo pads are always complicated ...

@Substring i tried your trick, sometimes is imposible, and other times he can conect but between 7- 10 minutes after turno the system on.... Any idea???

8bitdo pairing is a pain. I used zeros while adding the pi3 internal bt to recalbox, i've had quitensome headaches with them

@Substring i was thinking about to buy a new BT dongle because mine is not in list, but if it recognise and pair must not be a dongle problem itsn? I guess is something in the confif....What to you think to spend money on a new BT?

@messa i don't think it's related to your bt dongle, but can't be sure. 8bitdo pads are a pain

@Substring i have good news, today ive been in fnac and finded Trust mini dongle for 8€, and works perfectly!!! In 10 seconds are the four controllers conected!!! Now we know that a dongle can work dont significate that cannot can have problems... Thanks for your opinions and help!!
