Upgrading SD card

Hey I want to go from a 16 gig SD to a 32 gig do I just make a backup and load it onto the new card?

I think the Problem will bi de share Partition, it is scaled to the old SD Card, when you use an Pi, maybe raspi-config and "Expand filesystem" would help.

But better make an Image Backup of the SD Card before

you're both wrong The best way is to use a USB stick and forget about SD seize (unless you can't use a USB key)
