Unsolved Scraper extrem langsam

ich habe es jetzt nochmal angeschmissen und werde heute abend berichten....

es dauert mit deinen einstellungen @nachtgarm auf jeden fall schonmal viel viel länger beim scrapen

@pillemats Das liegt nicht an den Einstellungen. "Meine" Einstellungen sind die Standards und sorgen dafür, dass keine unnötigen XML Dateien in Verzeichnissen angelegt werden, wo sich nicht hingehören (wie bei Dir in /share/roms)

Hast Du Windows in Wine laufen, oder auf nem Rechner?

Du hast hoffentlich diese Mal daran gedacht, via SSH Befehle EmulationStation zu Beenden, oder?

natürlich ich habe es vorher beendet.

mein windows läuft auf einem extra notebook....

er hat jetzt 81 von 315 gamegear roms gefunden.... wieder genau die , wo nichts anderes in der datei steht als der name....

das ist doch irgendwie komisch.

sollte ich mal roms von einer anderen seite testen ? meinst du das bringt was ? wenn ja wo sollte ich sie herholen ?

soetwas zb findet er: Columns (J).gg
und sowas nicht: Chuck Rock (U) [t1].gg

Das ist das allerletzte Mal, dass ich das erwähne!

2. Warum sind deine Roms entpackt? Lass Die als ZIP Files, dann findet der auch mehr (wahrscheinlich).
3. wenn Du gelesen hättest, was screech geschrieben hat, wüsstest Du, dass ein einziger Blick auf Screenscraper.fr gereicht hätte, um zu sehen, warum er deine Version des Spiels "Chuck Rock" nicht findet!

Wenn ich die Roms als zip lass muss ich sie aber trotzdem entpacken damit der Emulator sie findet oder?

@pillemats nein, eben nicht. Innerhalb jedes Ordners findest du ein _readme.txt, die die erlaubten Dateiendungen nennt. Da sind auch weitere wichtige Informationen vorhanden. Deswegen am Besten erstmal alles lesen, bevor man fragt.
Lies auch den [How to] Screenscraper auf Englisch im Readme first Bereich, damit du weißt, was du machen kannst, wenn nur wenige Roms beim scrapen gefunden werden.

Also werden die zip Dateien auch im Emulator erkannt?.... das muss ich nachher mal testen.... damit wären dann die ganzen Probleme vermutlich behoben

@pillemats wie gesagt, lies bei den _readme.txt und da wird es genau stehen, ob .zip Datein erlaubt sind oder nicht. In der Regel ist es so, dass n64 Roms und alle CDs entpackt werden müssen, alles andere darf .zip sein. Das steht aber alles im readme.

so leute nun nochmal ein feedback

ich bin wieder ganz strickt nach anleitung gegangen und habe auch alle kriterien erfüllt, jedoch findet er immer noch eine ganz kleine menge an roms

Als beispiel mit virtualboy:

ich habe dort 21 roms drin im zip format, so wie es auch in der readme drinsteht.

• alle einstellungen im uxs vorgenommen, es gestopt und das system virtualboy gescraped und sucht....

anzahl gefundener roms 1/21
anzahl hinzugefügter roms 21/21

Gefunden hat er lediglich eine rom von mir - "Jack Bros.zip" (was mich wundert, denn auf screenscrapper wird der dateiname exakt so nicht angezeigt)

wenn ich nun nach den nicht gefunden roms schaue sind diese aber auf der seite vorhanden.

die zipdateien haben eine ganz normale beschreibung wie zb. Virtual Boy Wario Land.zip

der unterschied des dateinamen zwischen der seite ist lediglich das bei mir kein (Japan, USA) mit in der datei steht, ich habe @screech allerdings so verstanden das es auch gefunden werden sollte: "If not found, it take the filename of your rom and try to match with the rom filename on th DB."

wie oben bei Jack bros bereits erwähnt wird die Einklammerung in der suche ja somit anscheinend auch nicht berücksichtigt und er müsste den rest auch finden.

Habt ihr noch eine idee ?????

non of your rom is matching.... the country tag like (USA) is important.

Virtual Boy Wario Land (Japan, USA).zip is different than Virtual Boy Wario Land.zip

So, your rom set isn't so good... For a good and "nice" feedback from the Screenscraper DB we need the country (exemple : US rom give you the US 3Dbox and JAP rom give you the JAP 3Dbox)

That's why, when we put some rom in referencement we have these "tag".

I can't add you rom in the Screenscraper DB because of that...

Did you try the No Intro Rom Set ?

Missing.txt file is in the rom directory (the same as the gamelist.xml normally)

And I need one By system (with the name of the system if possible), just rename the file if you want like VBoy.txx instead of virtual Boy...

And only on "good" romset (like the no intro one )
