Unable to edit FSTAB file

Good evening everyone, I have a question on Samba share setup for my RecalBox

I'm running into read only permissions on that file, I'm unable to edit that file with the directions posted here: Samba Share Setup I'm currently using recalboxOS 4.0.0-beta4.

I've attempted to use chown and chmod on that file, and I'm giving :chmod: fstab: Read-only file system

Filesystem is on read-only mode to avoid disk error, you have to set it writable:

mount -o remount,rw /
