@powering hi, you cant do that.
On expanding and creating its files on 1st bootup, it installs the graphics card driver, network driver etc for that specific PC and its specific hardware.

Easiest thing to do is what I did for someone.

Get 2 cheap 16gb usb sticks off Amazon, 1 for each PC.
Install Recalbox as normal on each.

Now just boot Recalbox, and in the settings, point it to your portable HD.
Job done.
Can now just plug the HD into whatever of the 2 PCs you wish to use Recalbox on.
