Hotkey HELP

@OyyoDams It's a USB encoder from a kit that came with arcade buttons and joysticks and then plugs into the Pi through USB.

@nero ok. Your "dedicated" button is mapped to which button ?

@oyyodams I have it set up as a seperate button in the top-centre of my control panel. It's plugged into K8 on this diagram and in the controller configuration screen it says it's mapped to "Button 7"

Did you configured both players ?
I think you must configure only one player...
I think if you configure second player without hotkey, it will erase first player... -
@zetof The configuration menu won't let me setup without a hotkey so P2 hotkey is set to P2 Select

@nero no, you must NOT configure a hotkey to P2. Please bypass it.

It won't let me bypass, it says input required, I can't skip itI pressed down on the P1 joystick and it allowed me to bypass it. I now only have hotkey setup for P1 -
@OyyoDams So i now have it only configured for hotkey for P1 and not P2, it still only works with Select. I'm not entirely sure how to make a support archive but hopefully this is what you mean

@oyyodams I pressed "Launch Script" in the "Support" tab and it says "Internal Server Error"

@nero in this case you can try by ssh, but please upload the archive file, not the script

@oyyodams I'm really sorry, I'm very new to this, and as such I simply don't know how to do that. If i connect via ssh, what do I type in to get the archive file. Sorry to seem ignorant I'm just very new to recalbox.

Reconfigure only player 1 with your dedicated hotkey.
Do not configure player 2.
And it will work.
