How to play PC-Engine cd?

I am new user, and I have converted my cd game into cue, bin file. But it cannot run. Please help!

Hello

PCEngine CD require bios, check your bios file intro recalbox manager.
check readme.txt in bios folder.

if your bios is ok,
Your game files are supposed to be split in 3:
.ccd, .img, .sub
or
.bin, .cue, .srm

That said, to get a better help from the community, you are supposed to specify your system settings:
hardware
recalbox version
controller setup
games storage used
