Bonjour, Nouveau venu sur le forum je dois d'abord dire que la découverte de la recalbox m'a replongée dans mon enfance et m'a donnée envie de me faire un petit truc sympa pour rejouer aux jeux master system et megadrive. Je découvre aussi quelques pépites sur des consoles que je n'avais pas eu l'occaz de toucher oO. Heureux possesseur d'un ultra ulia made in smallcab, je souhaiterai l'utiliser avec la recalbox. Néanmoins quelque soit le bouton sur lequel j'appuie le joystick ne semble pas être détecté. J'aurai donc plusieurs questions : - Avant de me lancer dans un changement de PCB/interface USB existe-t-il un moyen d'ajouter un driver ou quelque chose du genre? - Si non quelle interface USB serait compatible avec recalbox (pour des raisons pratiques je ne souhaite pas utiliser les ports du raspberry)? Idéalement je cherche une interface compatible raspberry et PS4 (mais je rêve peut être) Par avance merci
Bonjour d apres ce que je vois que tu as un stick arcade DIY , quel encodeur usb as tu choisi ? Ensuite il faudrait poster le résultat de ses différentes commandes en te connectant en SSH via putty à partir de ton ordinateur de préférence sans d'autres gamepad brancher : Débrancher votre périphérique usb exécuter dmesg Brancher votre périphérique usb exécuter dmesg une nouvelle fois maintenant copier/coller les informations sur le forum

Merci Pour l'encodeur USB, je n'ai pas choisi d'encodeur celui-ci était déjà monté. En démontant le PCB ressemble a celui-ci http://www.smallcab.net/interface-usb-joystick-boutons-joueur-cosses-28mm-p-392.html. Comme je le disais je suis prêt à le changer si il le faut et le remplacer par celui-là http://www.smallcab.net/encodeur-joystick-boutons-arcade-usb-joueur-cosses-28mm-p-274.html. Déjà sous win il a besoin d'être branché sur une hub alimenté pour fonctionner Je teste dès que j'ai tout sous la main avant de tout changer.
Bonsoir @Aurélien l'encodeur usb xin-mo de smallcab est compatible avec recalboxOS. Il faut envoyer à un mail à smallcab et leur demander une petite confirmation que c est du xin-mo. Par contre à ma connaissance je ne pense qu'il existe d encodeur usb compatible PS4. Mais avant de te lancer dans le remplacement ça serait bien de pouvoir enquêté sur le comportement de ton PCB. Les résultats des différentes commandes pourront nous donner pas mal d informations et il y a plusieurs choses que nous pouvons tenter. J ai édité mon précédant message et ajouter la commande dmesg qui nous dira si ton stick en usb est détecté

Bonsoir A priori pas de fichier créé après le cat ... dois-je conclure que le stick est pas détecté? Sinon j'ai eu des précisions de smallcab sur l'encodeur
Il n'y a pas de référence particulière pour cet encodeur. C'est une interface noname compatible PC/PS3. Les ssytèmes unix sont particulier et à priori non compatible faute de drivers

Bonsoir, La commande cat fonctionne bien mais rien n'est détectée (pas de fichier /dev/input/js*) . J'ai fait la manip avec un autre contrôleur (détecté correctement dans emulstation) pour voir comment ça devait marcher normalement et là j'avais bien un fichier et pu faire le jstest ce que je n'ai pu faire avec mon joystick. Aucune detect dans emulstation
Oui cest mal parti dans ce cas... Je crois que tu ne vas pas avoir le choix que de changer ton PBC
Une idée vue que ton stick est détecté comme une PS3 peut etre devrais tu essayé de modifier le pilote dans recalbox.conf essaie en changeant controllers.ps3.driver=official par shanwan ou gasia

au pire ... il pourrait se brancher en GPIO non ? A condition de se faire un petit cable ... Quand le joystick est branché, tu pourrais faire ll -R /dev/input ? et donner le résultat du cat /proc/bus/input/devices ? edit : GPIO pas glop, le stick a 8 boutons, le GPIO en gère 6 seulement

arf j'avais pas compris j'avais juste fait ll -R suivi du cat Je viens de changer le PCB par un Xin mo du coup je n'ai plus de problème. Cdt

Bonsoir, J'ai moi aussi le même encodeur clavier (dans un stick fait maison) et je rencontre le même problème. Voici les informations demandées par Acris en début de topic. Les infos ont été récoltées sur mon PC fixe (ubuntu 14.04 lts) car je n'ai pas accès à ma recallbox pour le moment. Néanmoins, le résultat est (de mémoire) très semblable. S'il le faut j’exécute les même manips dans ma recallbox dès que je le peux. Comme le log est long, je l'ai fait un pastebind : http://pastebin.com/zFGi9mFz Pour essayé d'aider un peu, j'ai pu faire une comparaison entre une manette sixaxis en USB et cet encodeur. Voici la liste des différences notées: 1) le kernel indique : sony 0003:054C:0268.000A: Sony Sixaxis clone detected dans le cas du PCB mais pas dans le cas de la manette officielle. Visiblement le driver hid-sony du kernel arrive à faire la différence en comparant la taille du remote descriptor (voir driver/hid/hid-sony.c l316(chez moi)). 2) dans le cas de la manette officielle, les 4 boutons du pad numérique possèdent un numéro (distinct) de bouton dans jstest-gtk. Or avec le pcb encodeur, l'ensemble des états du stick sont codés sur 3 numéros (16, 17, 18). L'état de repos corresponds à 16 17 18 appuyés, gauche corresponds à 16 off et 17 18 on, droite à 17 on , 16 18 off, haut : 16 17 18 off bas : 16 17 off, 18 on 3) le mapping remonté par jstest-gtk est assez différent entre les 2 équipements (surtout sur les boutons). Voilà. N'hésitez pas à me demander plus d'infos si besoin. Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
Bonjour le comportement sous ubuntu et recalboxOS ne seront pas tout à fait identique suite à des patchs appliqués sur SDL2 il faudrait surtout les résultats réalisés sur recalboxOS pour pouvoir interprété les résultats Merci pour ton retour. Le problème étant aussi que recalboxOS gère surtout une configuration de type gamepad et que pour le moment l utilisation de PCB keyboard n'est pas interprété correctement, on a le même problème pour les IPAC.
Merci pour ta réponse. Je teste ça ce soir sur recalboxOS. Par contre j'ai un mauvais pressentiment: Ce pcb n'émule pas un clavier comme le fait un ipac. Il est reconnu au niveau du noyau linux comme un contrôleur sixaxis ps3 USB. Et je viens de voir sur le wiki qu'ils ne sont pas supportés par recalboxOS. Le problème ce situe peut-être simplement dans le fait que c'est un type de contrôleur non supporté. Petite précision pour finir: dois-je tester sur la dernière béta ou bien sur la dernière version stable?
Bonjour sur la beta, la version stable est obsolète. Le pilote pour ps va être mis à jour dans une prochaine version. sur la beta, le pilote pour gamepad ps est activé par défaut. il y a eu une mise à jour aussi du pilote pour xboxdrv, qui prend en charge quelques manettes playstation, on peut aussi essayer avec ce pilote activé tout se passe dans recalbox.conf.

Il n'y a pas de référence particulière pour cet encodeur. C'est une interface noname compatible PC/PS3. Les ssytèmes unix sont particulier et à priori non compatible faute de drivers
