Solved Display recalbox on a external screen and configure inputs

Hello everyone !

First I need to tell that I'm very new at this.
I just installed Recalbox (6.0 DragonBlaze) on an old laptop. (on the HDD, not a USB flashdrive)

Before that I was using Lakka but I had a major issue, my USB joystick (THT Arcade Console USB) didn't work properly.
Both joysticks were controlling both players. I tried to solv this problem but I couldn't find any explanations that I was able to understand.

So I tried to install recalbox to see if I had the same issue. Miracle, both joysticks are separately recognized.

However, I have a new issue that I didn't have with Lakka, I can't use my TV as external display because there's no options in recalbox to choose the screen to use.

To be honest, I'm really lost on the explanations. I installed WinSCP (it's the very first time I'm using it) to check if I could do something about it.

I guess I have to type something into some file to get it work, but I don't know exactly what I'm supposed to do.

Games work fine, sound is ok, menus are usable, but I only have the laptop display working. (1600*900)
Sometimes I see the commands on the TV when I launch recalbox, and I was also able to see some stuff appear with KODI by changing options.
It's just a quarter of the screen though and when I restart to go back to recalbox, it's only on my laptop again.
(I also tried an HDMI screen to see if the problem was with my TV)
My goal is that BOTH screens are displayed at the same time.

Also, I have a 2nd question, how can I change the inputs for each emulators?
I see that I can go through menus with my joysticks/buttons and change the inputs for this, but I don't know how to change the inputs in game. I'd like to have one way to control menus, and a totally different way to control inputs in game, plus a shortcut (press two buttons for more than one sec to be sure that I won't do it by mistake if possible) to go back in menus.
I wanna play a 2X8 buttons game (SSF2T, 3 punches, 3 kicks, start, coin and sticks for two players)
