Can't transfer psx roms, have tried a lot of things

I know that the online tool doesn't allow files over 256mb or however large.
So I tried using the winscp tool, which just gives me an error after transferring roughly 15% of the rom.
Error decoding SFTP packet (0, 1, 0).
And I can't use the //RECALBOX in the explorer because it just opens up Chrome on every computer I've tried.
I don't even see RECALBOX in the network even though it's a wired connection.

If anyone can help at all I'd greatly appreciate it. Just frustrated trying to figure this out.

so you just have to enter \\recalbox in the address bar of the windows file explorer
