Blank white screen after installing recalbox on gameboy Pi

I have recently purchased this gameboy pi with rasberry pi 3 from funnyplaying

I have been trying to install recalbox into the SD card of this device using the normal instruction of burning an image.

However, i only get a blank white screen after installation. The music and sound is working but i just cannot get the screen to work.

I have also tried installing retropie and the result was the same.

I have also tried copying everything from the original config.txt in the original SD card but it does not work and even killed the music and sound.

I have tried copying and pasting to replace all the files in the Boot drive and it does not work either.

Is there any special setting i need to do for this screen?

First of all, if this doesn't work with the pre-installed Retropie version, please refer to Retropie, but maybe the screen has an issue.

Anyway, we cannot be sure it'll work with Recalbox, as it may need some drivers or advanded configuration. Some further investigation is needed.
