Neo geo roms options

I have raspberry pi3 recalbox last version. I already install the unibios for neo geo. I know that 1+2+3 or a+b+c i get the main menu for change the region and arcade and console.

But when im in arcade option how can i change the difficult... its always in 4

@cristian-muñoz you either press A+B+Y or A+X+Y to enter the different options when booting up the game.
