@alvin I have a pendrive only for games and another with the recalbox system, my question is: if I keep my other personal files on the pendrive where I have my roms, does something happen?. I would put my files outside the folder created by recalbox, that could cause problems?

If the folder that recalbox creates for the roms is on the usb, and outside of that folder I have my files, would it affect anything?

If I use the bootable usb and then go out and boot from a Windows hard drive, does anything happen?
It may seem obvious but I can't find any information on this
I use Windows, but if I want to use the bootable usb and then go back to my main hard drive, will anything happen?
