I follow steps in Change display resolution on x86 x86_64
In my case I had to change .xinitrc in order to set:
##### Disable integrated video output xrandr --output LVDS1 --off ##### Force VGA Display Output 1920x1080 xrandr --output VGA1 --mode 1920x1080
