You can try to contact the developers via discord, it is a communication channel that they have a greater view than here on the forum:
https://discord.com/invite/NbQFbGMHow can I write messages in Discord? There is a notice which is saying: You don't have permission to send messages in this channel.
Do I have to send private DMs? -
RE: Retro-Bit Megadrive/Saturn Compability
I made some further testing with these Controllers. So Bluetooth Version with "Mac Mode" connects but isn't recognized as a Controller, no assigning of Buttons possible.
I tested it also on a different Hardware, to exclude Hardware incompatibilities. But on the other machine there's the same behavior as on my NUC. So it's only a Software Issue (Driver Issue).
I had the opportunity to test also the 2.4G Controller Version (with USB Dongle). This one is recognized immediately, and I could also assign all buttons except the Home Button.
Also tried the Bluetooth wired. It's recognized as XBOX360 Controller and I could assign all buttons without Problems.
So the main Problem with the Bluetooth Controllers is they're not reconnecting after restart. But KoCinsKy said on his PI4 he has no Problems. So it looks like I have to report this to GitLab there are some Differences between PI and PC Version regarding Drivers.

@kocinsky
PC Version? Bluetooth integrated or Dongle? -
RE: Retro-Bit Megadrive/Saturn Compability
Any Chance getting these Controllers to work properly? Could the Devs make these Controllers compatible if they would have them for testing?

Retro-Bit Megadrive/Saturn Compability
Hi,
I know there are some old Threads about these 2 nice Controllers. I had both of them for testing purposes. There are 3 Wireless Modes (Switch/Android/Mac) they're supporting. With Android i could connect but couldn't assign no keys to them respectively the controller wont be recognized at all. On Switch Mode i could also connect and assign key but the controllers won't reconnect. I had to pair them every time i booted Recalbox. I couldn't test Mac Mode, but I assume that Mode won't also lead to success. So my Question is: Are there some Driver Problems with the Retro-Bit Controllers or did I miss something when I was connecting them? -
RE: Cannot save Retroarch Configuration

@retroplayer88 I'm not sure if this is RC specific, but for RA, you have to close content first before you can save system wide config.
That was the trick. thank you!

*Feature Request* Ability to delete Games/Screenshots
Hello,
it would be great if you could add the ability to delete Games and Screenshots from the ES Frontend. For example Menu-->Edit this File-->Delete -
Cannot save Retroarch Configuration
I have RC 8.0 (PC Version). In the Retroarch Menu, I cannot save Configuration to "Retroarchcustom.cfg". There is an Error saying "Error saving changes to "Retroarchcustom.cfg". I want for example change the Language from Retroarch or switch Bezels for a specific system On/Off.
I can save Core/Folder/Game Options and Remappings but not general Settings like Language because of this Error.

RE: Delete screenshot?
Can some Devs tell why Delete Option is gone and if there's a Chance that it comes back in next Versions of Recalbox?
It's really annoying if I inadvertently take a Screenshot and the only way to remove it is through the File system (Win Explorer or FileZilla). -
RE: Recalbox 8.0 Electron No Mega Drive games showing up
Same here (Recalbox 8.0). Using PC Version. Games are MD Version.

I wanted to report Wi-Fi on my Intel NUC (NUC7i7BNH) with Intel Wireless-AC 8265 Card still not working properly. After 7.1 Version it won't connect with my FritzBox 7590 Router (No changes made on the Router since 7.1 Version) The only way to connect is with WPS, but after a Restart it doesn't connect anymore, I have to do the WPS Procedure every time.
Still no Fix with Final Version 8

Tried clean install but same problem. With Batocera itΒ΄s working!

RE: Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1
@zing said in Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1:
Can you test with a totally clean installation, without any modification?
I will do but I have figured out that it has to do something with my Router (Fritz Box 7590). I created a Wifi Hotspot with my Android Smartphone and Recalbox connected successfully with my Smartphone! The strange thing is I didn't change nothing in my Router. All the settings are same as they were with Recalbox 7.1.1 when my Wifi was working.

RE: Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1
You're lucky. Also updated to 7.2.2 but still the same issue.

@zing said in Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1:
Have you ever tried a factory reset, available through the advanced settings menu? This will not affect your personal files, but it will erase all custom settings.
Yes, always the same behavior. Luckily my router is not too far away from my Intel-NUC (ModelNUC7i7BNH) so I can use it with Ethernet Cable. Hop you guys can fix that in the next Update. I think there must be a difference between 7.1 and 7.2.1 in terms of the Driver for my Intel Wireless-AC 8265 Chip.
If you got a Beta that I can test send me a Link

Thanks for the response.
@zing said in Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1:
How are you turning off Recalbox?
Like I always do. Menu -->Shutdown Recalbox
@zing said in Still Wifi Issues with 7.2.1:
Have you ever tried to manually add, with Recalbox turned off, the wifi name and password to the recalbox.conf file?
My Wifi SSID and key are correct in the recalbox.conf file. Also tried Region from JP to DE, no success. As I said 7.1 was running fine with my setup. I did not change anything, only update to 7.2 and then 7.2.1.
