Hi you can change it from retraorch menu in "on screen display section" to choose the color tou need. Then you have to save your choice in system/config/retroarch emulatedstuff.cfg (snes.cfg for instance). It's in this file than you write overaly's path, change its size and adjust screen.

I found the solution. Get in the emulationstation config and set the font to "false".
