I had the same issue. I posted about it yesterday.

Moonlight on Recalbox 6.0 Not Working
Hello all! I set up Moonlight on Recalbox 6,0 and paired without an issue, generated the gameslist without an issue, and the Moonlight menu now appears in ES. When I go to launch a game or Steam, it goes to the loading page and fails back to ES. Nothing happens on the PC side... I pop in my old SD card with the previous version of Recalbox (4.0) and it loads up without issue.
Thoughts? Anyone seeing the same thing?

RE: Wii Remote + Sensor Bar - Will it work on 4.1???
B*mping this topic as I see this is still an issue in the latest release.
Any thoughts on how to get this controller mapping issue resolved?

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
Did a fresh etch from the newest image and once Recalbox was up I SSH'd to it and #date gave me the correct time.
It had to be something with the last build, or my SD card... Not sure which, but it is resolved now. Thanks everyone. I so appreciate this community!

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
It seems to have hung in the same place... I am going to reinstall from scratch. I have been using Recalbox for a couple years now, I have a RPI2 and for Christmas got a RPI3. I can't remember if this was the first load or if it was a load and upgrade on the newest PI, but either way, something is jacked up.
I backed up my ROMs and am going to do a fresh install. If I still see the date issue after I will let you know.
I really appreciate the help and info, you all rule!

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
Putty sits there at % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed - No blinking cursor, doesn't look like its doing anything...
I have my ROMS folder pulled, I can just do a fresh image. No biggie... I can do that and let you know if I still see the weird date thing after.
Let me know if you want to try to keep plugging at it or start fresh. I'm OK either way.

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
I put the image directly on the SD card myself when 17.12.02 was released from the Recalbox site.

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
Not that I am aware of... And I don't think anything changed router-wise recently... Never had this issue before. What can I ping to test if it's being blocked?

Any reason why time would not be syncing? Thoughts? I never had an issue with it before.

Recalbox on the TV doesn't show anything... Should I just reboot at this point?

RE: Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
I tried that via Putty now... Looks like something is happening, but Putty screen hung, Checking monitoring page, I can see something happening, I will leave it alone for a few and let you know. I backed up my roms folder in case I had to do a fresh install, worst case, I do that.
I will let you know, you're a saint with these lighting fast replies

Pi3 Won't Pick Up 18.02.09 Update
Hello!
Wondering if there is any way to force an update on Recalbox. I rebooted it multiple times, tried to swap the config on / off for updating, rebooting the device every time to make sure the configuration stuck, but it won't pick up the update. I am currently on the 17.12.02 release trying to get to the new 18.02.09 one.
Sample below of Update section on my config.
------------ G - UPDATES ------------
Automatically check for updates at start (0,1)
updates.enabled=1
Update type : default to stable
updates.type=stable
I know it's reachable cause I can hit it from my local network, and Kodi picks up PLEX over the internet, so thats working too, connectivity-wise. I have rebooted my router and modem trying to cover all the basics, not sure what is going on, never had an issue with picking up updates before.
Also, I have left this overnight to ensure there was enough time to pick up a broadcast of an update if that was the issue...
Thank you in advance for your help!

RE: Recalbox ne s'installe pas sur mon raspberry PI3
So I got a Pi-3 for Christmas and I installed the latest from the site and I saw the splash screen and then a blank screen, then the blank screen with the Recalbox version in the lower left corner of the TV. After thinking it was hanging, and restarting a bunch of times, I did a fresh burn with Etcher and when the second blank screen came up (with the version text in the lower left corner) I left it alone for about 10 minutes (maybe less). It came up and works perfectly. I think the key here is to wait it out on the second screen. There is definitely something happening in the background, its just not presenting the load status on the screen.
Hope this is helpful.

RE: Light gun avec raspberry pi3 recalbox 4.1
You can use a Wii-Remote in MAME games but the aim / button mapping has problems, will be fixed in next release, per some of the other posts around here.
