RE: PPSSPP stopped working
Hi,
it's interesting that I've got same problem related by "holmes", but in my case, a new reinstalation did not solve the issue. Everytime I run a PSP game, the system stays in blank screen for a 3 o 4 seconds, and then goes back to the list of PSP games.
I've looked the log and I see an "exit code 250!", but I don't know the meaning of this error code.I'm using Recalbox last version 7.1.1, on a Rpi4 4GB, mounted in the Retroflag NESPi4 case, and using a SSD 480GB to start the system. I'm not using any SD. As output I use a Samsung TV Series6 4K by HDMI.
Rest of systems are working fine, even Dreamcast and N64, both at full speed. It's fantastic. The only problem is related to the PSP games.
I have beed using Recalbox in the last years, and for example, in version 6 DragonBlaze, those same PSP rom started normaly and I can play them, without any special configuration. In fact, I've tested them with old my Rp3+ and run great.
In the mean time, I've modified some adjustments, but no one has solved the situation:
a) Leave in Recalbox only PSP roms in the share\roms folder.
b) Delete the gamelist.xml.
b) Modify the videomode, general and psp, using the 720p mode, as CEA 4 HDMI.
c) Reduce the GPU memory of the raspberry from 480 to 320MB, in order to increase the main available memory.
d) I've set both original themes including in the installation pack, and nothing changed. In my humble opinion, there is a issue related to the videomode or even the memory, but I'm not getting the point.
Could you please let me know some ideas to fix this problem??? I don't know what else to do...
Thanks,
Luis
