Do you mean the "folder" isnt even showing?
Even if the bios files are missing, everything would show - the games would just refuse to load, giving an error.

Yeah, agreed.
Its hard to "get your head round", but, a good example is Point Blank.

My MAME rom / zip file had no audio but played fine.
Had to get a hold of a different rom that would only load via MAME2010, but has perfect audio.

Re looking for romsets, obviously we cant give links, but, I will say that google or torrent sites these days are not the best places to look.

Do a search in youtube for MAME romset and you will see what i mean.....
