New 8bitdo Pro 2 not working properly
I have bought the new 8bitdo Pro 2 to replace my old M30 (that wasn't working properly with the last Recalbox 7.2), and I have a fresh install of the newest Recalbox 7.2.1 in my Rpi4. The controller pairs under D-mode fine and works without any issues within Emulationstation but once I start any game Retroarch takes around 1 minute to detect the controller. Then it works fine except if I enter the Retroarch menu where it hangs again and I have to exit using the keyboard or the ssh console. I have tried the original 8bitdo firmware 1.00 and the newer one 1.01, both have the same problem.

RE: Status "not connected" when I set static IP
Well. That worked. Giving an static ip from my router (instead of changing recalbox.conf) worked. Not I have an static ip and showing "Connected"

RE: Status "not connected" when I set static IP
@Zing you are right. Messing with my router could help. I'll try setting the static IP from the router itself. I'll post later
My guess is that is has to do with being in China and DNS problems (not a problem itself but how the Great China Firewall works)

RE: Status "not connected" when I set static IP
If I connect with an ethernet cable it will also show connected. The only case where it says not connected is with static ip and wifi

RE: Status "not connected" when I set static IP
@Zing Thanks for the answer. Don't know if it is the same problem since I am connected and get an IP but Recalbox is showing that I am not connected (so things like the time update won't work and maybe the system update). I'm still guessing a DNS problem of some kind.

Status "not connected" when I set static IP
Hi everyone. I've been trying for a long time to get this fixed but haven't been able to.
Using Recalbox 7.1.1 in my Rpi4 I set the Wifi zone to CN (since I am in China) and everything works fine and it shows connected under settings. Changed to static IP, set everything and it connects (I can ssh, share through my network...) but under status it will show "Not connected". I've tried adding China DNS servers to /etc/dhcpcd.conf but changes won't stay after reboot.
Any way to solve this? Thanks -
RE: Change HDMI port
@sag508 said in Change HDMI port:
change the port used via the configuration file on Raspian
Just add :1 in the hdmi configs in your /boot/config.txt
hdmi_group:1=1 hdmi_mode:1=16
and also:
hdmi_force_hotplug:1=1
