si tienes los botones cambiados, lo mas facil para tenerlos bien, es que apretes boton start y entres en configurador de mandos. desde ahi pones los botones sin mas. Yo uso mando de ps3 y no tengo problema con cambio de botones. Para las roms, te aconsejo que entres en youtube y pongas roms de xxx en español, y te vienen varios packs.
