    • Recalbox 7.0.1 dont work crt-pi.glsl shader.

      I managed to run overlays and shader crt-pi.glsl into recalbox 7 on raspberry pi 3b+

      megadrive.shaders=/recalbox/share/shaders/lr/crt-pi/crt-pi.glsl
      

      But the same commands don't work on Raspberry Pi 4.
      Is there another way to run this shader?

      I found a temporary way to add and run Quake from the general list. You need to create a folder for the new port. For example "quak" . Copy pak0.pak from \ports\Quake\id1 folder. After scanning pak0 will appear in the list. And it can run normally. But if you rename it to Quake in xml, the system freezes when accessing such a line. Therefore, I add an unreadable Cyrillic character to the name in xml. In my case it is Quakeф and you can see it in the list as Quake.

      These are temporary crutches. I would like the system to work without them.

      This is old solution no longer works in Recalbox 8. Retropie does not have this problem.

      The old 7 solution no longer works in version 8. And yes. I mean 8.0.1

      In 8.1, it is no longer possible to play regular doom and quake at all. This is very sad. Will have to switch to Retropie. It doesn't have these problems.
      But you can tell me how to disable the restoration of files in the ports folder?

      TNT.wad too. TNT222.wad Sigil OK.

      There is also a problem with Sigil. If you add Doom, Doom2 and Plutoniа to the folder, then Sigil starts to fail. But if the Doom2.wad renamed to Doom222.wad and Plutonia.wad to Plutonia222.wad, then the Sigil works ok.

      After adding addons for Potrs Quake1, Quake itself is no longer shown in the list. But in the XML file it is present. Interestingly, if there are no add-ons, then Quake itself works fine. How to show both Quake and its addons in the list? So far, it turns out either Quake or addons.
