Yes that is what I suggested they do, but it seemed to happened again. I hope my friend did exactly that. I am going to see if I get more information on what happened just before the issue.

A friend of mine that I setup recalbox for with roms and settings had no issues since it was setup a month ago. The internal storage of Recalbox went missing now, and no settings could be saved and all roms were gone. It is as if it was reset to default settings. Every time I boot, I have to do all the settings again. I also needed to configure the controller every time on boot. I had an image backed up already, and I just swapped the micro sd card with one that I had with the image written. Then my friend tells me it happened again. I went ahead and booted with the micro sd they had before, and the issue was there.

I tried to see if I could resolve the issue, but since the recalbox config file is empty and nothing saves as internal storage reads NA I could not do anything. I could not do SSH. So I wrote the image I have to the card and it is working. I am trying to replicate the issue since obviously something caused it. I have not been able to.

Can someone please give me some info on this issue?

I have been trying to find out how to change the default system at boot of Emulationstation.

By default the first system I see is SNES. I would like to change that to Megadrive. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? I am not sure if I am searching correctly.
