Recalbox still loading pocketsnes

Hey guys, i have a little Problem with recalbox. I tried to  switch the SNES Emulator to snes9x in the recalbox.conf at the shared folder but recal box still uses pocketsnes when i Start game.

Hello uses putty necessarily nano /recalbox/share/system/recalbox.conf find this line and delete ; like this :

## If two emulators are available for a platform you can switch here
## SNES : use pocketsnes (recommended for rpi1), catsfc or snes9x
snes_emulator=snes9x

Save CTRL+X , Y AND ENTER REBOOT PI

You might want to consider a fresh install? I don't have any issues switching here... You are removing the ' ; ' (semicolon) at the beginning of the line, right? So it should read: snes_emulator=snes9x NOT: **;**snes_emulator=snes9x ??? Don't know what else it could be... did you by chance change write permission inadvertently? I just access the conf via samba \recalbox (or, \ip.address) and edit with notepad++ ...again, no issues here.
