Configuration erased after each reboot

Hello,

Maybe there is something I do wrong, but each time I reboot my rasberry Pi 3 all my configuration and roms are erased ?
Is this normal ? s there a way to make them persistent ?

My configuration recalbox 4.0.1 with Raspberry PI3.

Thanks for your answer
I followed all the tutorial but it still do not save nor the configuration nor the ROM
I also noticed that I could not enter "system setting"
When I try to enter the recalbox is frozen and I have to reboot
