Metal gear solid disk 2 problem's

Hey guys, im having a bit of trouble loading Metal gear solid disk 2 and I cant seem to figure it out via Github. I go through the retroarch menu and when I get to open disk tray (virtually ) I cant switch the disk (virtually ) from 1 to 2 it says 1 of 1, but in the main menu (where you pick games) I see disk 2 MGS. I somehow found a way to load it through retroarch from MGS disk 1, but i have no saved data and a new game makes me go back to disk 1? Any ideas would help thanks

Do you have 2 separate image files for each cd, or is it one combined .php file (ie an "eboot" file?
I have instructions that work, but only with the eboot files.
