Mortal Kombat games... How to add core imame4all?

Hi, I'm using mame2003 to emulate MK games but I have a lot of crackle in sound... It seems the problem can be resolved by using imame4all as a core (with 0.37b5 romset). Unfortunately in my custom release of recalbox (using RGB-Pi) I'm able to select just "MAME078" as a core...Is it possible to add imame4ll, and how?

I dont know.
We are not the forum of this distribution asks its rgb-pi developer. May be it's a custom system.

In recalbox it's possible in game options.
