[V4.0.0] System settings and delete roms

Hi, I have Rpi3 I installed the recalbox 4.0.0 with Noobs.

When I start recalbox, I try to access to "System settings" but the rpi3 reboots and a black screen appears.

Another problem, every time I turn off rpi3, all games are deleted.

Can you help me?
