SNES images do not show up in gui

i used the universal scraper tool on windows to get all my images for nes, snes, n64, mame, genesis . they all worked fine except for snes. i copied over the "downloaded_images" dir to the /roms/snes dir on recalbox share. i checked my paths in my gameslist.xml and they are all similar to act raiser ./downloaded_images , so not sure why it is not working
