Error filesystems mounting

Hi
I have a raspberry pi 3 with a 128gb memory card. When I try to install recalbox I get:
rPI-3 error file systems mounting.
I have set the downloaded the image multiple times and the format is set to fat32 and primary.
Any help most gratefully received!

could you explain at which moment you get that error ? What is your SD brand ? have you checked it's compatibility ?

This happens at 100% on the initial installation.

Samsung memory cards are not said to be very compatible with NOOBS ...
