Fba-libretro problem?

roms not running at full speed on fba-libretro on rpi 2. sf3 is okay. the sound stuters a little, and the framerate looks a little low.

Hi, yes it's normal, overclock the rpi2 if you want more framerate

now I'm starting to notice that some of the roms don't have the proper colors. Is there a way to fix that. The roms run fine, but not all the colors show.
