Wifi doesn't start on boot

I'm using Recalbox v9.0-Pulsar on a Pi Zero 2 W.
I configured the Wifi settings and it connects fine, but on reboot, Network Status says NOT CONNECTED even though Enable Wi-Fi says it's ON.
When I disable and re-enable the Wifi, it connects fine.

Is there more than what's explained in this page?
