GPIO on/off randomly turning on itself

I have a switch connected to the GPIOS of a raspberry 4 to allow slow shutdown, and it works, but, sometimes it turn the system on randomly (a random spike?).
I did uncomment this:

system.power.switch=PIN56ONOFF

Is there something I'm missing or any of you have a solution for it? If I'm unable to fix it I'll have to disable the button
