GPIO Controller 2 needs B button pressed in order to work.

Needing some guidance please. I just loaded Recalbox on a Raspberry Pi 3 A+ and rewired my Pandora 6s controls to the GPIOs. I enabled GPIO and configured the controls.

Here is the problem. Player one controls work flawlessly. Player 2 only the B button works but if I hold down the B button all of the other buttons and joystick work as intended for player 2. I am so confused and even did a clean image with the same issue. Please help.
