What do you think of Recalbox 8?

If I look around here on this Board (not only in the English part) then there seems to be problems after problems with Recalbox 8 or am I just imagining it?

Are these problems (if there should be any) really due to Recalbox or is it the users who can't "get it right"?

Is Recalbox 8 really "better" than its predecessors?

What do you think about it and how do you like Recalbox 8?

It would be nice if you would justify your opinion and not just write "I think it's good" or "I think it's bad".

And by the way: This is the English Part of the Recalbox-Board so please post your Answers in english and not any other Language.

And maybe the "Recalbox team" will take care of your wishes and improve the next Version of Recalbox to your likes.

I post here in english, because this is the english Part of the Board, and I'm not allowed to post here in my native Language like others do.
Also I want to know the Opinion of People who don't speak German but English.
I also post this in the German Part of the Board in German (this is my native Language), because there I can't post in english !

So there is no Reason to delete this (or my Post in the German Part of the Board) because of "Double Posting"

Well, after almost a Week and 50 Views no Comments ?

Only 1 "-" Vote by a Coward who doesn’t show his Name, but I can guess who probably did that but I don't care.

So all the People here have no Opinion about Recalbox (or no "B***s" to post it) and are happy with it even they got Trouble and Problems ?

Oh, but suddenly I know why I didn't get any Reaction here.
I posted this in the wrong Part of this Board !
This is the English Part of the Board, but most People who got Problems with Recalbox are speaking French !
And because of that, they don't understand what I'm asking and hence no reply - Silly me !

well, if anybody comment the post, what can we do ?
Most of people post their problems and we try to give an answer, a solution or to correct them in the next versions.
At last, when people give a negative point to a message, his nickname doesn't appear. It's always like that. Anyway, you get your point back.

If you have troubles with recalbox, post your problem, give us explanations and we'll try to give an answer.

We also answer every people, personaly in french and english, @Zing in other langages as spanish, german and so on...

But it's true, recalbox is a french project and a lot of users are french, especially on the forum.

I like it, 480p ES theme is nice, it's pi4 doing CRT so I'm happy with all the work they've put in CRT Evo on the pi3 is perfect though.. encapsulator to force resolutions like rtype and mortal Kombat, 50/60hz switch and easy to switch cores just pi3 is a bit underpowered for some games. Haven't figured out some of that yet on recalbox and some of it plain doesn't work on a clean install of 8.0.2 but happy days, it's massive progress.
