unlikely from retropie idk why recalbox allows saturn emulation only from rpi4
[WHY] -
Because we add emulators if they work smooth with the entire system. We don't add emulators running at 10-15 fps as example.

dear @pitch64 well yaba sanshiro runs perfectly on arm i tried on retro pie it gave 30fps w/o tesselation
