Marquee 2nd screen

Deleted my other post about this.

I’m running a pi4 4gb on a arcade1up and trying to configure it to run a video marquee from the 2nd hdmi. I am running 8.0.2. Does anyone have a setup that works? It boots up but than stay at the below image. (Pic was before I upgraded to 8.0.2)
The only thing I have done is turned in the 2nd screen in the config file.

I believe this is not possible, the only options related to using a second screen that I know of are:
