Hello, i have searched for a solution but cannot find it.
I really love recalbox 2.7.7 on my Pi. Lots of platforms run very good but ween I play good old MSX games they go a bit too fast. Faster than normal MSX. So I cannot break my records anymore πŸ™„ or am I too slow 😬?

Anyway is there a setting where I can change this?
I must affect only my MSX…

Thanks in advance for your help!

Ok I think I can try it with

          bluemsx_vdp_synctype

But what is the option for the fMSX?

And where in my recalbox installation must I change this?

where in my recalbox installation must I change this?

You can configure various options in two different ways.

            Via RetroArch menu:
            ┣ πŸ“ RetroArch Menu
            ┃ ┣ πŸ“ Core options
            ┃ ┃ ┣ 🧩 Name_option

            Via the file retroarch-core-options.cfg:
            ┣ πŸ“ recalbox
            ┃ ┣ πŸ“ share
            ┃ ┃ ┣ πŸ“ system
            ┃ ┃ ┃ ┣ πŸ“ configs
            ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┣ πŸ“ retroarch
            ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┣ πŸ“ cores
            ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┃ ┣ 🧩 retroarch-core-options.cfg

OR, you can create a configuration override file:

            • https://wiki.recalbox.com/en/advanced-usage/configuration-override/retroarch-overrides

But what is the option for the fMSX?

Sorry, but I think this emulator doesn't have this option, or at least I don't know of any similar option for this emulator. When there is more than one emulator for the same system, it is precisely because of these situations, in this case, I recommend you to use blueMSX or test some other fMSX option.
