      I have issue for installing Etcher on my Windows 7 laptop. The installation never completes and stuck at the half. I tried to download it from multiple sources but with the same result.

        @dkanzx Try Rufus, or UNetbootin:

            I tried UNetbootin again on my computer yesterday and it was unsuccessful. I don't know where I did it wrong or it didn't work for me at all.
            In short,Win32 Disk Imager can work.

            And this.
