Upload a rom with Chinese file name

Hi,
I can upload a rom file with English file name without any problems.
But when I tried to upload a rom with Chinese file name, I got a "invalid filename" in WinSCP.
I also can not type any Chinese characters in ssh console. The Chinese character just disappear after I typed them.
It seems that my recalbox os just accept the ansi coding but not utf-8.
I can use only English file name for my rom files, but if the Chinese file name can be used that wil be best for me.
How to use Chinese file name for the rom files?

@macroee Have you tried to transfer ROMS over the network directly without WinSCP?
