New to recalbox - Question

Hi!
I have question about lagging in neo geo emulator, i played metal slug 1 & 2. Lagging happens when many objects appear on screen (enemies, shots). Is there any solution for this?
I play on PC, specs: i3-4160, iGPU, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD (Recalbox is on this drive), Recalbox is up to date. PC is connected to 42" FHD LG TV via Displayport - HDMI cable.
What can I do to eliminate lagging? Buy graphics card? Change some settings? I'm new to recalbox so please be understanding.

@marcindeep I believe the game is like that, and there are some hacks that have fixed the issue. Need someone to confirm, i am not sure. Maybe try other system?
