Swap A and B buttons in Emulationstation only

I'm using Recalbox on a GPi case, and I found the A and B buttons were swapped in games, so I reconfigured the controls and now they work as expected in games and retroarch menus, but they are swapped in ES. I know in RetroPie there's the option to swap A and B for ES but I can't see that in RB. I tried editing es_input.cfg but that changes it for the games as well which doesn't help.
Does anyone know how I can do this?

@tinekastil2 no this option is not foreseen. You need to choose what's best for you... in games or in ES
