I try to add playstation (R)3 - panhai controller by change es_input.cfg but its invalid after shutdown system and I have new es_input.cfg!

it's not the good method.
You need to go emulationstation menu > gamepad options and configure each button and dpad/joystick

@acris hi , im using 6.1 dragonblaze in rpi3 b+ and im trying to pair my ps3 panhai controller but its not pairing can u help plz?
i dont find the emulation menu
