Can not access to recalbox web manager in 6.1.1 in RBP3b

Hi guys. The recalbox manager option is ON but I can't access via web. Curiously I can access typing IP:8080 but a very simple manager displays with limited options.
Im using Windows 10 Home.

Someone has same problem? Thanks
